Wenger has said he
regrets the fact that the team wasn’t able to find their form at the beginning
of the season and has given reasons why this was so.
Arsenal is a team known
for having a strong start and then mid season just begin to fumble. This season
however, the reverse was the case as the team started on a poor run of form
with a string of draws. Arsene Wenger said he regrets the team wasn’t able to
find its form early on in the season, and also gave reasons why this was so.

The Arsenal managersaid “Yes of course. We had a disturbed preparation, we had a disturbed post
world cup start of the season and we lost too many players at the start of the
season to find a good balance, but since January we have done very well, so we
have a feeling--we would like the championship to go on with 10 more games
now.”
This form might have
come late, but better late than never. Seasons when we start well, we end up
having to fight for fourth place. But this season, we find ourselves dreaming
about the premier league trophy at this stage. Look back and try to remember
the last time we had a chance of winning the trophy at this stage of the
competition.
