Arsene Wenger has given
the latest team news ahead of the premier league game against Crystal Palace.
Compared to the game
against West Ham, Wenger confirmed that there have been no new injuries. Hector
Bellerin is back and available for selection, while the likes of Jack Wilshere
and Danny Welbeck are not back yet, while Rosicky is a few months out Wenger
confirmed.
With regards to
Welbeck, Wenger said “He is not close because he has not started full training,
so I would say at least 3 weeks from today”. Regarding Rosicky, Wenger said “I think his agent said
one to two months. It could be a bit longer” and also regarding Wilshere,
Wenger said “he is back in training, but as we said, I thought at
the start, it would be six straight weeks, it could be 3-4, so that’s quite
positive news there”.
The injury list is
quite small compared to what we have dealt with in the past and it is hopeful
that this list will be further reduced in the later part of the season.
